The veterinary service to your local community, RW Veterinary Consultancy, is backed by a fully equipped veterinary clinic AND a 24hr Emergency Centre.
This house call service offers you the veterinary care you need e.g. consultations, vaccinations and yearly heartworm injections, in the comfort of your own home.
For those cases that require further treatment, for example, X rays, ultrasound, hospitalization or surgery, there is the back up and support of a fully staffed and equipped modern veterinary clinic.
For those pets requiring intensive care over nights and weekends there is the back up of a 24hour emergency centre.
Robert Williams has 25 years experience in veterinary practice and has been providing a service to the Ormeau community for the past 11 years. He also has extensive experience and qualifications in emergency medicine to provide the most up-to-date care for your pet.
ULTRASOUND TUITION AND EXAMINATION

Tutorials and teaching of basic Ultrasound skills to veterinarians in general practice.This can be on a 'one on one' or small group basis and tailored to individual requirements. Subjects covererd can include -
1) Basic physics of ultrasound
2) The principles of getting a basic image
3) Practical 'hands on' experience for students
4) Abdominal and cardiac ultrasound
5) Recognising 'normal' and abnormalities.
Robert is available for consulting on any ultrasound questions with cases you may have, as well as tailoring tuition to you own requirements.
Emergency and Critical Care - Robert obtained his M.A.C.V.S. in 2007 in Emergency and Critical care and has worked in Emergency practice in Adelaide, and Queensland for the past 16 years.
